Help with changing format

  I had a WP blog ourfamilycooking.wordpress.com for several years, but have not been active. I’m going in to the newly updated site today and trying to make changes while experiencing difficulty.

  I’m trying to recategorize my menu headings and move recipes from one tab to another. When I retabbed it, the recipe didn’t move to the newly tagged menu page.
