Help with Client Account

  My client has his domain registered with Automattic. The domain is freedomlabradoodles.com. He doesn’t know his login details and is having difficulty with the password recovery. I need to change the DNS settings or his website will go down. Any help on who to talk to on this would be greatly appreciated.
