  I want to close my account and need to chat with someone. Why is it so hard to get any help with word press?

  Hey there, I think there may just be some confusion on who you meant to contact.

  Are you trying to close the site you linked? That’s with Bluehost, so I’d recommend contacting them directly.

  You’ll want to disconnect Jetpack as well:
