Help with cname on private site

  I have a site that is currently 192.168.20.13/staffsite. Someone added a cname to IIS, but I cannot figure out what to change on the WordPress end so that staff members may simply type staffsite in the browser to pull up the site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
