Help with Cottage Theme please

    Hello again everyone. I’m going to try to make some effort to work on my site with minimum rants on this forum. I like the look of the Cottage Theme, but there are a couple of roadblocks.

    The theme has an Instagram feed block on the front page which I’d like to use. How do I simply swap this for my feed, please?

    Also, there is a pattern that is throughout the page (visible in the image below) that I would like to replace with my own. Where do I go to remove or replace this, please?
