Help with Customizing Widgets

  Hello

  On our customizing widgets side bar we are not able to view/change what is visible on the website. Last month I was at least able to try and adjust the widget. When I would save changes it would revert to the same as it was before. This clearly is an issue with WordPress. Please advise.

  Can you share the URL of the site you are working on? And which widget are you specifically trying to modify?
