help with domain correction

  When I upgrade my blog to the purchase package, I misspell the name of my domain, instead of http://thevoiceofheavenministry.com, I missed out the ‘s’ in ministry. Please help me to correct it.

  You need to cancel the domain registration – there should be a cancel option in your stores section. Then you will need to register the new name.

  Thank you for your prompt reply, when I cancel my domain registration, would it cancel the upgrade package I bought as well ?

  Not sure – but you might need to start with cancel the whole package – BUT – staff intervention is required I think for all domain name cancels so you should have a chance to explain to them what happened and they might be able to work the domain name by it’s self.

  But you need to start the cancel process soon as domain names have a 48 hour window to request a refund.
