Help with ending subscription

    Hello, I really need to end my subscription. I haven’t had the time to write like I was wanting and I do not have the extra funds to keep this account running. I actually forgot about my subscription and the bill has left me short for rent. If I close my account does that automatically end my subscription? Or do I have to do something else to stop the payments? Please help.. thank you. -Keegan

    Hi there!

    It doesn’t look like you have any subscriptions on this account. You will need to log in to the correct WordPress.com account where your subscriptions are before you can cancel the subscriptions. Closing this account (eidegirl) will not affect any subscriptions you have on another account.

    Can you tell us the address of your site?

    Also, if you were charged recently and you aren’t sure which site the charge was for, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter the details of the payment. You’ll be able to reach out to billing support directly after entering the payment details. We’ll then get back to you via email with more information.
