    Are there any resources where I can pay to get my existing wordpress site tweaked and looking better

    What is the URL of your site? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using WordPress at another provider, you’re using the open source version made on WordPress.org. Free support for that software is provided by the WordPress community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    But if you want to pay someone to do custom work on the site for you, you can look at freelancer platforms like Upwork.com, you can search an online directory of freelancers like Jetpack.pro, or you can just search online for WordPress development agencies.

    The folk in the WordPress.org forums might be able to make more specific recommendations based on exactly what you want to do, so I suggest you try asking there with some more details on what you want to change.
