help with front page of site

  My site is at http://www.fitnessandkids.com so I deleted the large slider images at the top of the page but now I need to move everything up on the page and have no idea how to do this? any help would be apreciated.

  I am not sure why at the bottom my post it says the blog I need help with is fanddcleaningservices.wordpress.com because that is not the site it is fitnessandkids.com
