Help with local wordpress install issue

  Local install WampServer Version 2.2
  background: Server Configuration
  Apache Version :
  2.2.22
  PHP Version :
  5.3.13
  MySQL Version :
  5.5.24
  wordpress 3.4.2 or 3.5.1 Same results.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have srtuggled with this issue for some time in trying to setup a local install of word press. All is well up until install.php step two =2.
  Wordpress installScreen appears and nothing.
  Admin log-in does not work.
  Password recovery does not work.
  Home takes me to:
  My Site
  Just another WordPress page… appears when I click “Home”

  Anyone out there…!!! Kindly help with step by step solution.

  What part of you are in the wrong forum did you miss above? You need to make friends at WordPress.ORG – see above for the links – posting the same question again and again will not change the answer
