Help with log in

  Hi there, possibly somewhat strange thing I am navigating. I have a website that I use but for some reason after not logging in for some time I am unable to get back into the backend of my main site. When I use what I thought was my log in for the site I am taken to a possible other free plan I opened up a while back and cannot get into my main site. Hoping to figure this out.
