Help With Login

    I’m having trouble logging in. I invited my programmer to work on my website using his email. He gets a link to receive permission to work on it as an adminstrator however when he clicks on the link it won’t login it says invalid link. Also, when he tried logging in with the correct username and password from his computer he cannot. But I can login from where I’am . How do we fix this issue?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the WordPress.com site, http://transformationalcoachingco.wordpress.com/? What is the programmer’s WordPress.com account username and the email address you used to invite him? Was he already logged into his WordPress.com account when clicking the link in the invitation email?

    I currently see one other admin on your site besides your own account: hkibtutor. If that’s your programmer’s username, they’re already added to the site, and as long as they’re logged into that WordPress.com account they should be able to access your site.
