Help with my blog page please – address etc.

    Please help me! I’ve been trying for a while to get an answer and I cannot move forward until I do. I have a few queries please:
    1. When I go to my blog site there is a message that asks me to complete my purchase? I thought it was possible to start with a free site?
    2. Also, when I put in the address below, I cannot find my site and always end up on my art website? I think I need to change the address? I keep getting the form help and being directed to the standard ways to change my address but I need to have a quick talk to a person who can help me please – is this possible?
    3. Do I need to upgrade? Pay something?

    Yes, you can have a free blog, or website, or a website with a blog on it, using WordPress.com. Those sites are on a free plan, and use a free site address (not a custom domain). What site are you trying to work on? Please share the address. glynismackenzie.wordpress.com is a free site registered to you.

    What’s the URL of your art site? I think it must be connected to a different WordPress.com user account. It’s not associated with the account you’ve contacted us from. You can have multiple sites under one account, that’s not an issue. Clicking on My Sites from the upper left hand corner of the dashboard will allow you to choose which site you’re working on.

    3. Do I need to upgrade? Pay something?

    No. You do not need to upgrade based on what you’ve shared here.
