Help with new plan

    I need help downgrading to the personal monthly plan. I am unable to add that option to my cart.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there!

    It looks like your site was previously on a Business plan, and we’ll need to revert it to the state it was before that for you to be able to purchase a different plan.

    Any content associated with plugins on your site may be removed during this process, so please export all your content first. You can create a free test site to import the content there and make sure everything was copied. Once done, let us know, and we’ll revert your site. If anything is missing, you’ll be able to import it from your backup site.
