Help with plug-ins/creating a webpage

I am having trouble installing plug-ins to my wordpress blog. I need to be able to add excel charts and running tally totals but am oblivious as to how. I have registered the domain name. Is there a way to create a web page on-line that has the functionality that I am looking for or am I able to do it through wordpress. My blog is bartendingforgood.com. Please respond with any help as soon as possible so I am able to get the site running to my specifications.

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
