Help With Posting In Menu Bar

  How do I put a post under a Menu where my Home, About, and Contact Pages are? I want to have each post correlated under a Menu Page instead of having all of my posts jumbled in the Home Page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
