Help with preventing pages from being displayed

  I want to prevent my pages from being displayed at the top of the sidebar. I want to use the “pages” widget to display them so I can add a custom heading to my list of pages. Is there a way to keep the pages from being displayed automatically at the top of the sidebar?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Use a Custom Menu and Custom Menu widget.
