help with purchased upgrades

  Ran – My web address is a “.com”. Was this a purchased upgrade? If so can you give me the date of the purchase? I am trying to determin if Jenny (the woman hired to create this site) really bought upgrades like she said or if I need to start over from scratch?

  I’m confussed that I have an address of “beathomemt.com” and “athomemt.wordpress.com” What is the difference and can I just have one space where everything is housed?

  I was also told that she purchased “Theme Press” for the site. Can you confirm?

  Both of those are WordPress.com blogs, so you’re in the right place. You can just ignore athomemt.wordpress.com or set it to Private if you like. It’s useful to have a private blog so you can tinker with themes, etc. It’s just an empty blog that appears to have no upgrades or content.

  beathomemt.com has the Chateau theme, the Custom Design upgrade (not “Theme Press”) and a custom domain upgrade. She may have purchased others as well, so I flagged this for staff attention. From what I can see, she spent less than $50 on upgrades.
