Help with renewing domain name

    I received emails saying that my domain is set to expire. I click the ‘Renew’ button and I get the error message saying that ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ I have managed this site for just over a year now. This domain was created by another person who transferred all rights to me and doesn’t have access to this site anymore. Can you please help?

    This is what my email says:
    ‘The domain name tburgmiddleschoolpto.org is about to expire. This upgrade adds the domain ‘tburgmiddleschoolpto.org’ to your site.

    Renew tburgmiddleschoolpto.org
    The domain tburgmiddleschoolpto.org costs $18.00, and it is set to expire in 30 days, on October 11, 2018 . If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at ‘tburgmiddleschoolpto.org’.

    If you would like to keep the domain you should renew it immediately to avoid a late registration fee or losing it permanently when it expires.’

    I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff can assist you as it looks like the upgrade is owned by a different account. (There is another account named hharco1 )
