Help with site

    I purchased a domain last year and have had trouble from the beginning with accessing and building the site. How can I find my purchase history and how do I get assistance? I’m constantly getting error emails from JetPack support and the whole experience has been frustrating.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
