Help with spam

  I received email from a blog I never subscribed to. When I went to unsubscribe it says I am not subscribed and it gave me a really weird page with some unknown email. I think this is hacked and attached to my email. I have a screenshot of the page.

  What is the URL of the site you did not subscribe to? If it is not hosted by wordpress.COM then it is not on our servers and we cannot help.
