Hi there, for the subscription you can use the Subscription form or a Newsletter service, more details here https://wordpress.com/support/subscriptions-and-newsletters/
For the posts, you can either show them on the homepage or on a custom page following the similar steps here https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

I also visited the website and I see the subscribe button is working, after clicking Subscribe the page reloads and this message appears “Congrats, you’re subscribed! You’ll get an email with the details of your subscription and an unsubscribe link.”

Hi there,
First, how do i get the subscribe button to work?
You don’t need to do anything to get it to work. All sites on WordPress.com automatically displays a follow button that visitors can use to subscribe to new posts on your site. But as your site currently has a static front page, that will only appear once you have at least two posts published – at the moment you only have one.
You can also add the follow blog widget to one of your theme’s widget areas:
https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
Or you can add the subscription form block directly to the content of any post or page:
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/subscription-form-block/
where does that info go to on my account so i can use that info?
To which info are you referring? If you mean email addresses of subscribers, we only reveal the emails of people who follow your site via email only. You can see those subscribers under My Site ->Users ->All Users ->Email Followers.
For people who follow you using a WordPress.com username account, you’ll only see their WordPress.com username or public display name under the Followers tab. We do not reveal the email addresses of people who follow you in this way, and we also do not reveal which of those followers subscribe via email as well as the Reader, or who subscribes via the Reader only. (Note that it’s up to individual followers whether or not they receive emails, and how often – you cannot subscribe someone else to receive email notifications for your site.)
You can find details on managing followers on your site here:

when i make a post and publish it, where does it go? its not on my site
By default posts appear on a site’s front page, but your site has a static front page set up. In that case, you need to create a separate page to assign as the posts page, and add that page to your menu. Then your new posts will appear there. The second link that @maheldin97 provided above explains how to do that.
