Help with the transformation of my site

    Dear Sirs.

    I have made this site for several years ago. I brought a newsletter theme.
    i connected my domain http://www.skjulte-nuancer.dk (www.skjultenuancer.dk)

    There went some time by, because of another project. But now when i got in, everything is gone. Both the theme and my plan.

    I understand the plan, as it is monthly. But i dont understand why the theme is gone. I was sure that it was a one time payment for this.

    Now its the time for me, to start this project.

    Can U please enlighten me.?

    If i buy a new plan in wordpress. Is it then able for me to set up the old theme that i brought?

    Hi Martin,

    I think the theme you’re referring to was purchased from somewhere else and not from the WordPress.com library. Once your site was downgraded from the Business to the Free plan, that theme was removed.

    Since you’ve purchased that theme, you most likely have a license for it, and you’ll be able to re-use it without repurchasing it. For that, you’ll need to get in touch with the theme author/seller.

    Once this is sorted, you can install that theme on your site. Please note that installing a third-party theme on WordPress.com is only possible on the Pro plan.
