Help with transfer to another host

    Hi,
    I try to transfer my domain name to another host (1&1) since yesterday.
    I got the auth code but i don’t recieve any mail to confirm this transfer.
    And i can’t transfer my domain because of this. Please, can you help me with my problem ? Is my mail adress still linked to my domain name ?

    Are you speaking of the domain, passion-flore.com?

    Our logs show you cancelled that domain yesterday, and deleted the site to which it was connected. Cancelling a domain means you give up ownership of the domain, so you no longer own that domain and you won’t be able to transfer it as it is no longer active.

    Please confirm if I should restore that domain to your account. I can then reconnect it to the other site in your account, and you can restart the transfer process.

  • Thanks for confirming. I’ve restored your domain, and you’ll now be able to restart your transfer at My Site ->Domains.

    Once you’ve received the transfer code and given that to your new registrar, please don’t take any further action on our end. The domain upgrade will be removed from your account automatically once the transfer completes.

    I have begun the transfer.
    I won’t take any action on wordpress.com.

  • Once you submit the authorization code to your new provider, make sure to confirm the transfer via the email they’ll send you. You’ll also receive an email from us, but that contains a link to cancel the transfer and you can ignore that one.

    Once the transfer is complete, your new domain provider will email you to let you know :)

    The transfer couldn’t be completed because data (regC contact and adminC contact) is not public. Can you make these public please ?

  • It looks like privacy was re-enabled when I restored the domain last week. I’ve disabled it again, so you should now be able to initiate the transfer.
