Help with URL change

  I own a domain name http://www.imath.us that I purchased from GoDaddy.
  When I bought my site from WordPress today, I didn’t understand that the blog name that I was prompted to come up with would also be the URL for the webpage. Now I need to change the current URL, which is http://www.cpmimathblog.wordpress.com to the one I own and want to use which is http://www.imath.us
  Please help.

  Hi there,

  When you add a custom domain (like your domain imath.us), that’s the URL that visitors will see for your site: http://imath.us/

  You’ll still see the free WordPress.com address cpmimathblog.wordpress.com behind the scenes — for example, in the site’s dashboard. However, your visitors won’t see that URL when they visit the site. That’s just used behind the scenes to make sure we never lose your site’s content, even if you stop using your custom domain.

  If you’d like, you can change that free address cpmimathblog.wordpress.com to something else, but it won’t change the URL visitors see on the site.
