Help with variations and Attributes please

Hello! Thank you beforehand.
I tried to do it on my own but I am limited by my ignorance.
I’ll start with how it happened and then I’ll get to what happened in order to better help you understand what it is that occurred.
Hopefully someone can help…I import product through the paid version of the ali dropship plugin that has auto fulfillment and allows you to import products identically to how they are on the site including shipping locations and all.
This supplier in particular sold the product along with three different memory cards.
I imported it and the shipping options were China, United States and Russian Federation.
I went to variations and removed both China and Russian Federation in order to give my buyers a greater sense of trust.
And for some reason now the price for one of the memory cards is shown but since the memory card is much cheaper when the person clicks on the actual product they think that thats the price until they choose the mini gps (thats the main product) and the actual price shows up.
It doesen’t look good and I don’t want us to seem deceitful to the buyer.
Since the plug in actually has auto fulfillment I can’t just delete the other variations and add new ones because the auto fulfill wouldn’t work anymore, right?
