Help with website

    Hello,
    we have a website hosted by WordPress.com (galleryfab.co.uk) which has been down for a few weeks now for reasons unbeknownst to us. The page says ‘internal server error’. I am not a computer savvy person, and despite there being instructions for how to begin to approach this beast, I’m a bit lost. Could someone help me with some very simple (idiot-proof) instructions to rectify this issue? I’ll appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

    Your website is not on the wordpress.com platform, but is made using the standalone version of wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
