  Hello, What is the problem with my site I keep getting emails for?
  I keep getting: ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
  And, how can I disable Jetpack plugin?

  Hey there, can you confirm what site you’re referring to? The one listed doesn’t have those errors.

  If you’re using your own copy of WordPress for a different site, here’s a guide for troubleshooting any errors:

  And, you can remove Jetpack if you’d like. That’s just done through the Plugins page. If you find you were using it for some features (stats, some types of galleries, etc), you can add it back again on the same page, then re-connect.
