Help with WordPress CMS access

  Hello WordPress,

  Hope you can help – I am struggling in logging into the account that is used for this website that I own and control – moneyadvice.expert.

  Is there a way that I can provide proof of ownership and identity for you to tell me the email address that was used to look after this site so I can reset the password and gain access to my website again?

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Amazon. As it gives a 404-error Not Found, you must contact Amazon support.

  That doesn’t seem right to me. When I use the https://builtwith.com/ software the CMS platform says WordPress. How are you seeing it’s an Amazon hosted website?
