Help with WPForms

    I am having trouble getting my WordPress forms inquiries to be sent to my email. I can’t find or manage any of the entries and I would like to be able to do this without having to upgrade to WPForms Pro.

    Hi @mattcartre, can you clarify which website you’re struggling with?

    Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.

    If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting your host first, as it’s likely something in the server configuration settings. Have them check to see if the mail is leaving the server. You might try a different email as well (for example, a gmail address instead of a domain-based email). Then if you rule out any issues with the server or email, you can try searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
