payment not approved. All of my cards, amex, mc, and visa have blocked your site and I cannot pay without contacting by phone a representative to pay. the site is a risk site and they think it is a fraud.

I just need to contact a human being who can put the order through for a ridiculously small amount to start this additional travel blog to share my adventures with my family and friends. I leave in 3 days and I hate to be Urgent Ursula but the clock is ticking and I just want to be able to have it set up before I go.

thanks so much for getting back to me.
Yes the first one worked after a 2nd try with Paypal but when I wished to purchase a 2nd domain name all cards were frozen and when I called the companies they said that I would need to make the purchase over the phone as a security block has been placed on your site. Sorry to be the messenger of bad news but it seems something about the site alerted 3 different cards it was a fraud risk. Is there a way to purchase my 2nd domain name via telephone?

I’m a bit confused as to this security block. I haven’t heard of this happening to any of our other users at the moment. So, the credit card cannot be charged online? Even if we were to do it over the phone it would be the same process as if we did it online. I think the best way would be to call the credit card companies and unblock WordPress.com. Can you let me know what they say?

I don’t understand why this is either. I have never heard of it before. I spent quite some time on the phone with my card and it seems that they say the phone transaction while done in a similar manner has different access codes related to it? And if the bank needs to speak to the person on the line then they could. The representative told me that the block is an automatic response to the site and that they cannot remove it. It is caused by the site itself triggering an automated security reaction. I cant use your site at all for purchases which frankly I find very strange because wordpress has been around for ages and does all kinds of transactions online just fine. I spoke to two of the cards already this week so let me speak to the third to find out what is going on. In the meantime can you direct me to how I can try to purchase the domain name for wishweallhadwings.com
really appreciate it and hoping we can get this resolved soon.

Ok speaking with the last card there may have been a glich on your website the night I tried to purchase because the visa I tried was approved but then nothing was charged each time I tried it and through pay pal. Those other card reps had me a little worried for a minute there.
Perhaps I need to just try fresh again today :)

Is there still a security block on the cards? I’m a bit confused as to what’s going on. It seems like it was able to go through, so was the security block removed?

Sorry to confuse. There was not a security block on the visa but it just didn’t go through on the site. unless you are saying that I have both domain names now:
neonshoediaries.com
wishweallhadwings.com
If I do not have both then I need to try again to get the wishweallhadwings.com domain name and I will use the non-blocked visa. If you can tell me how to purchase the domain name again. I think it should work.

Currently only neonshoediaries.com has been registered. Can you try using that card for the other domain?

You can do it exactly like you did the first time. If you want to attach it to a new site, you can create one by going to My Blogs when you log into http://wordpress.com. From there you will see a link on the left to create a new site. Once it’s created go to Store > My Domains of that Dashboard and register the new domain:
If you want to add the domain to your current site: neonshoediaries.wordpress.com, please go to the My Domains page of that site and register another domain there.
