I do not understand what you are saying. What exactly do you need help with?
The site at https://matematicasimplescom.wordpress.com/ is currently set to public, meaning anyone can access it. That site is also completely empty, so I don’t think that’s the site you are speaking of.
If you want to control who can view your site, you need to set it to private at My Site ->Settings. Then only people you invite can see it.
