  When I ask someone to look at my account it says ask for invite when I put it for public!

  Hi,

  The “Public” option at Privacy Settings allows the site to be viewed publicly by anyone. It doesn’t allow access to the administrative areas. What do you mean by “look at my account?”

  Nobody without a User Role has access to any administrative area of a WordPress.com site, and depending upon the assigned role the access and privileges allowed may be limited.
