  Hi there, by “us” I believe you mean the USA? If so, then you’ll be glad to know that WordPressdotcom (where we are ) is available to users worldwide, but as it says in the Terms of Service:

  We use the term “Designated Countries” to refer to Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and all countries located in the European continent. If you reside in the “Designated Countries,” your agreement is with Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd. If you reside outside of the “Designated Countries,” your agreement is with Automattic Inc.

  Not sure what’s going to happen after Brexit, but for now…

  Also, you don’t mention “which” WordPress you mean. WordPress comes in 2 flavors: the fully hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WordPress (org) project at https://wordpress.org This support guide explains some of the differences between them: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
