  According to our records the Business Plan (monthly) that was on your site was last renewed on Feb 4th 2022. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  However I do not see that the Business Plan was renewed in March, and as a result the plan expired and was removed from your account.

  We no longer offer the Business plan, but have replaced it with the Pro Plan, which is functionally similar: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
