    I have my domain, hosting already. Now I just want to create free website on wordpress.com.
    I don’t want both options you suggested: ‘Transfer your domain away from your current registrar.’ and ‘Map your domain without moving it from your current registrar.’

    Is it possible if I can have free website from your?

    Yes, you can have a free site like the one you have registered already keepecoworld.wordpress.com. But you will not be able to connect the domain with out a plan upgrade.

    The plan also includes your hosting, support, back ups, security, SEO and more.
