  Hi,

  Do you offer support for WordPress sites on our server?
  We have some issues with occasional slowness and timeouts during checkout process with woocommerce. And we need someone to take a look at it. We’re out of ideas…of course we would pay for it.

  Let me know if you offer that kind of support.

  We cannot offer complete support for a WordPress site that isn’t hosted in our infrastructure.

  Since you’re having trouble with your WooCommerce installation, I suggest contacting WooCommerce directly on their support site:
