Hi there, I do not see that you have the WordPress.com Personal, Premium or Business plan, which would be required to have advertising on your WordPress.com site. See the following support page for more information on Monetizing your Site.
If you wish to add your own advertising and not participate in our WordAds program, or have your own ads in addition to WordAds, then you would have to have the Business Plan.
