Hi, I am unable to see DNS console. It is saying Domains are not available for this site.

    Hi, no support for me from wordpress. I have paid account – this is shame.

    I am unable to see DNS console. It is saying Domains are not available for this site. If I do nslookup my domain, it is pointing domain.com nameserver = ns1.wordpress.com
    domain.com nameserver = ns3.wordpress.com
    domain.com nameserver = ns2.wordpress.com

    Please help urgently.

    You’re posting here as the capiteq account, and this account does not own any sites or upgrades with us.

    You’re a user on the site, convex-strategies.com, but that site and it’s associated Business Plan and Domain Mapping upgrade belongs to another account, alshinbayev, and only that account can modify the domain settings.
