  Hi @carolinehunter9241, are you hoping to set up a site here on our servers or run your own copy of WordPress?

  If you want us to manage your WordPress for you, you can either map the domain registered with GoDaddy (and transfer it later if you’d like), or perhaps ask GoDaddy about their cancellation policy and whether the domain would be released for re-purchase elsewhere.
