  I visited aldocleaning.wordpress.com (the only site on your account) and I did not see a telephone number listed. Digging a bit deeper, it seems you have not accessed or made changes to that site since 2015.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
