Hi, just want to know procedures

  Hi. One of my friends blog was recently closed/suspended. Support team didnt reply on his questions why, what was specyfic reasons, no answer, nothing! I want to ask question to common users about procedures, what is next stage for complain. Beacuse he may be looking for compensation in court, so my question is about experience of other users in similar situation.

  It is staff policy that TOS infringements aren’t discussed in these open forums. Mistakes can be made but if your friend followed up with the contact form linked to on the front of their suspended site they should have received a reply.   Hi themagicrobot. Thanks for reply. I dont want to discuss who has right, all i want to know what are procedures if wordpress dont reply. Its been over week since wordpress didnt answer

  As @themagicrobot said above, we do not discuss Terms of Service issues in the forums, not even in general. Suspensions are handled by a dedicated team who make decisions on a case by case basis.

  If your friend wishes to appeal the suspension they can do so via the link in their dashboard, or via the form on https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
