    I’m locked out of my account somehow. I have tried to change the password (that was the initial issue), but then when I sign in with my account ((email visible only to moderators and staff), linking to the EternallyHome.com webpage in the works) it signs me in with an account I don’t wish to use. My emails are linked, I suppose, and whenever I reset password, it takes me back to the wrong page. This is increasingly confusing when SOMETIMES it works and takes me to the proper page. I don’t want to delete my account, I wish to continue working on my site. Please help!

    Hi there, looking at EternallyHome.com, your site is hosted at Bluehost rather than being hosted here on WordPress.com. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
