HI. when I view my website online the customise edit etc bar appears.

  Hi. My question is when I view my website online the customize edit etc bar appears on the page. does this mean that visitors to my website can also see it and potentially edit my webpages? If so< how do I get rid of it.

  You’re only seeing that if you’re looking at your site whilst still logged in to WordPress.com. Log out, clear cookies and browser history and look at your site again and you’ll see that the edit button etc won’t show.

  Hi there,

  The online customize edit bar appears only for those who are the owner or author of the site, it only shows you when you’re logged in to your WodPress.com account.
  No one else would be able to see that “customize edit options or dashboard” unless you add them as an administrator to your website.
