  Can I buy a domain using wordpress?
  At the moment it displays mywebsite.wordpress.com as the address.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Does this mean, my website address will be sagession.com and won’t be sagessio.wordpress.com?

  Yes, as long as that address hasn’t already been registered by someone else.
