Hide A Sidebar Element

  I really dislike editing my sidebar, but I love my sidebar. Trying to group things, for whatever reason, is a pain in the neck. I have a few things that are static, a few things that are dynamic and controlled with galleries, and a couple things that are dynamic but only need to appear maybe once every 2-3 months.

  Those last examples I have to add from scratch every time and I hate having to do the formatting for it every time because of said grouping issues.

  Is there a way for me to simply hide an element over in the sidebar? It’ll still be there but not display. Then the next time I need it to be visible I can just check a box or remove a line of code or something like that?

  Does that make sense?
