Hiding page title in header image in wordpress NewShop e-commerce theme.

    Hello,

    Please while you are attending as tech support, I would like you to assist with hiding the page tiles on my site….. I did download a plugin that prescribed the ability to remove the tile from the page, yet still allow the necessary search engine crawling. The developer required this plugin to be uploaded, installed and activated. It created a tick box on the right side settings tab and also at the bottom of each page while in editing mode. I proceeded to tick and update and it did not work….

    When i un-ticked, deactivated and uninstalled this plugin. WordPress confirmed that it had been removed and it no longer appear it the plugin sections. When i went back to edit a page, the ‘Remove Title’ tick box still appears? Surely all the plugin code should have been removed when the plugin was uninstalled? I am no programmer so if i have raised a valid point please could you assist, as the noted plugin name as (ct-remove-page-title) the uploaded plugin file. I can send the zip file if needed?

    There is also a Hide Title which is the one which i got from WordPress, installed and activated, this works. However it seems to have made the title on the pages transparent or something (if i where to guess, to ensure search engine crawling), because when i add the header image the title reappears in the header image itself….. I have read and fond the css that is said to be written in the theme editor or the style.css file, but again i am no programmer and don’t want to take chances.
