  Can I buy a domain from a website and put on my blog, I dont buyed any plan and I can buy the personal domain for one month(I want to try, I dont have enough on my credit card but I have for personal 2,99$)

  You can have a custom domain if you upgrade to the Personal plan but the cost is $35.88 up front for twelve months. There are currently no monthly payment options at WordPress.com.
