  What is the URL of your site because your account is only 20 minuten old and doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.

  I have a site which I access from GoDaddy I have no clue how to directly access it from WordPress

  The link you gave is not valid. If you access your site from Godaddy, you are using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
